We primarily use Microsoft Intune for modern endpoint management, which allows us to manage Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices from a single platform. Intune integrates natively with Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Defender, providing a unified approach to device management, identity, and security. For organizations with legacy infrastructure, we can also work with Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM/ConfigMgr).
Response availability and support hours are established as part of the service agreement.
